DAPCAT stands for Drug Abuse Prevention Community Action Team !  DAPCAT’s mission statement is as follows:  “Through a variety of approaches, DAPCAT of Union County will provide heightened awareness of the extent of alcohol, tobacco, and other unhealthy drug use in the county, and encourage the use of effective prevention strategies, while promoting healthy decision-making in an active caring community.”
